A memorable Family Day was held with 135 participants (per the capacity D’Home could cater) enjoying their time in this event.

Dato’ Seri Leslie Lee, who is the president and founder of D’Home, kicked off this event. There were games, performances by the clients, care givers and volunteers, lucky draws, and most importanly, presentation of token of apreciation to the leaders and active volunteers. Thanks to the organizing committee for this successful event!

In additions to services we run, we are proud to be able to serve as a learning platform to,

• RUMC (Penang Medical College) where their program includes a visit to D’Home to their new students.
• USM & Singapore University of Social Science where they have Cultural Immersion Exchange to D’Home.
• Many local students, who pursue counselling and psychology degree, to obtain practical experiences dealing and handling various mental health matters and during their internships, they received supervision from either a licensed counsellor or a clinical psychologist.
